The site conducts research using various types of membrane filters (cassette, roll, ceramic, hollow fiber) and pumping equipment, which allows us to select optimal solutions for the tasks of cleaning, separating and concentrating target products.
All studies are performed on industrial filter samples, ensuring accuracy and scalability to production volumes. Parameters are monitored using modern instruments and sensors, and all information is fed to a programmable logic controller, which is ideal for building highly efficient systems for both manual and automatic control.
Based on the data obtained, the company’s specialists design and manufacture industrial filtration systems tailored to individual customer requirements, including validation according to GMP standards.
