Delivery and Payment

• If you have an account, log in using your username and password
• If not — register by filling out the form

• Select a product, specify the required characteristics and quantity, and click “Order”
• If the price of the product is not specified, request it using the “Send Request” button

• Go to the cart (icon in the top right corner)
• Review our privacy policy
• Click “Order”
• A confirmation of the order will be sent to your email (if applicable)
• After placing the order, our manager will contact you during the working day to clarify delivery and payment details

• After placing your order, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided.
• Please carefully check the payment details before making a payment.
  Pay the invoice within 5 business days of receiving it.

• If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the order will be
  automatically canceled.
• After payment, please send us a confirmation document
  (payment order) to expedite order processing.

We ship orders through trusted courier services:

• Delivery to your door or pickup point is based on the shipping company’s rates.
• Shipping to any region of Russia is possible.
• Delivery times and costs are calculated individually upon order confirmation.
